How it works

What a session looks like

One session, built around your questions rather than a fixed syllabus.

In your own home

Rebecca comes to you, at a time that suits your family.

1.5 to 2 hours

One session, not a series of weekly classes.

Private and one on one

Just you, rather than a room full of other couples.

From around 30 weeks

Late enough to feel real, early enough to prepare.

Class topics

What antenatal classes usually cover

Antenatal education in Australia commonly covers topics like these. Your session is shaped around what you want to know, so tell Rebecca what matters most to you.

  • Pregnancy health and wellbeing
  • The signs of labour and when to call the hospital
  • The role of the support person
  • Interventions that may be considered during labour
  • Pain relief during labour
  • Breastfeeding
  • Newborn care, safe sleeping and settling
